Media Services
Vada Media can help you achieve your objectives in a number of ways, and with varying degrees of involvement:
- Drafting and distribution of targeted press releases
- Working on a one-off project, such as a time-limited campaign
- Working with clients on an on-going basis, developing thorough knowledge of your organisation, media objectives and measurable targets
- Running your organisation’s press office, complete with unique phone number, email address etc.
- Running a temporary and/or on-site press office at an event, conference etc.
- Working in partnership with an existing press office or PR team, bringing news and current affairs experience, knowledge and contacts.
- Crisis PR – when you suddenly find yourself top of the news agenda, even when not by your own choosing. We can act as press officers, spokespeople and trainers to make sure you and your team handle the situation correctly.

- Effective press office skills for non-press officers.
- Interview training: How to cope in interviews, including dealing with difficult or unwanted questions. Sessions cover print and broadcast interviews, with mock interviews filmed and critiqued.
- Interview preparation: one-on-one training preparing for a specific interview including likely questions and answers and a full briefing on the media outlet and journalist concerned.
- Dealing with the media in an emergency or crisis situation, including delivering bad news and dealing with ‘doorstep’ interviews.
